By ordering any commission from me, you automatically agree with these terms and conditions.
I AM NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT READ EVERY CLAUSE OF THOSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
​If anything seems unclear to you, feel free to contact me to discuss about it prior to paying the Invoice.
Customer must be over 18-years-old to commission!
By paying this invoice, you CERTIFY that you have the right to use the Paypal account you are using, and any payment method attached to it, AND to be 18 years old.
★ PAYMENTS ★

â– I sent Invoices via Paypal only.
â– All Payments are to be made in USD.
â– Payment Plans are available under some circumstances.
â– For Refund, please refer to the block below.
★ USAGE RIGHTS ★

Customer:
â– Repost with credit and link to the artist website.
â– Private use (you can print it and hang on the wall, etc.)
â– Customer will keep the rights to their character
â– Customer doesn't own the rights to the art itself!
â– Customer is not allowed to edit the work in any kind of way*.
Artist:
â– Owns the rights to the art itself (not the character).
â– Can use the art as part of portfolio, website, etc.
â– Owns the marketing rights to the art.
* Except cropping ( must keep signature or add a new, readable, one. )
★ REFUNDS ★

I (artist) will have 1 month time to prepare the refund.
â– If the customer (you) cancels the work before it's started, 100% will be refunded!
â– If the work is already started, only the portion equivalent to what has not been completed yet will be refunded.
★ WORK PROCESS ★

â– Payment must be done upfront.
â– WIP* is provided after rough sketch.
â– After WIP* is approved, your work will be finished!
â– If there's mistake in the colors/patterns, I will fix them for free!
â– I won't edit for free if it is due to mistake in reference you provided me OR something you forgot to mention when approving the WIP*.
â– No edits will be done after work is finished.
* WIP : Work In Progress ( Preview ).
